Every limetka piece is made by hand on the north coast of the island, in Porto Moniz. Nothing is mass-made; each one is one of a kind or shaped to order — slow work, gathered light, natural materials chosen one at a time.

Made by hand, the slow way
limetka began in 2022 on the north coast of Madeira. Each piece starts with a single material — a piece of pink opal, a freshwater pearl, a length of fine cotton thread — and is shaped from there, quietly, one at a time.
There is no factory and no repeat run. A crochet blossom can take an afternoon; a mineral is chosen for the way it catches light. What you receive is genuinely the only one — small, wearable, and made to be kept.
